3. Service Limitations and Usage

JainGPT provides the following usage limits:

• Anonymous Users: 5 searches per day without registration
• Registered Users: Unlimited daily searches with Google account login
• Personal study and research of Jain philosophy and literature
• Educational purposes in academic or spiritual contexts
• Non-commercial sharing of knowledge and insights
• Spiritual practice and religious study

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any commercial purposes without written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk
• Share login credentials or create multiple accounts
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to texts, images, AI-generated responses, and software, is owned by Shri Gyanvardhak Charitable Trust or its licensors. The digitized Jain literature remains the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal and educational purposes only.

6. User Accounts and Data Collection

When you register with Google, we collect and store the following information:

• Google profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Search queries and interaction history
• Device information (IP address, browser, operating system)
• Usage analytics and search patterns
• Donation interaction preferences

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

JainGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and overviews. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or interpretations that do not reflect traditional Jain teachings.
