In Jain philosophy, the term Arihant refers to a soul that has destroyed all four types of inner enemies (kashayas)—anger, pride, deceit, and greed—and has attained Kevala Jnana (omniscience). Arihants are living beings who have conquered all passions and thus have achieved supreme knowledge and purity. They are revered as spiritual victors who guide others on the path to liberation.
